GARBE was founded in Hamburg in 1965, and has evolved into one of Europe’s leading real estate companies in the years since.
Our corporate strategy of “sheds, beds & infrastructure” pursues a 360-degree approach in our three independently operating business lines GARBE Industrial, GARBE Reside and GARBE Infrastructure. This way, we cover the entire value chain of a property as developer, operator and investor, and we do so across asset classes. In all of this, we are well aware of the need to decarbonise the real estate industry, which is why the production of renewable energies, energy storage and energy transition are recurring themes and integral components of our business activities.
Today, GARBE employs around 600 experts in 19 branch offices across 12 countries to develop and manage more than EUR 15 billion worth of assets under management.
